Frank DuMar
CEO
Frank DuMar spent the past 11 years as CEO of Cleaver International, a recognized leadership development consulting firm. In that role, Frank saw which leadership development training programs were effective and which programs failed to have lasting results. He formed LeadershipTools, a sister company to Cleaver International, as a new leadership development company with highly effective methodologies and that has programs priced so that all of a companies’ current and future leaders can afford the development they need.
Frank DuMar has professionally consulted with over 500 companies about their people development needs and recently published an e-Book “The New Rules of Leadership Development”. Prior to running Cleaver International, he ran and operated a number of businesses over a 15 year span including running a 600 employee manufacturing company and also running a counseling practice. He is a Certified Addictions Specialist and was the Counselor of the Year for the state of Florida in 1989.

Garth Rose
President
Garth joined the LeadershipTools team in April, 2007 and is responsible for running the day to day operations of the company. He brings to LeadershipTools almost 25 years of experience managing and growing software and technology companies. Prior to LeadershipTools he co-founded and was COO of Acrelic Interactive, a sales productivity software company; prior to Acrelic he was President & CEO of Concentric Visions a rich media content management software company. Earlier roles included Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Indus River Networks, VP Channel Sales at ON Technology, VP Sales and Marketing at Digital Products, and several Senior Sales Management roles at PC manufacturer Leading Edge Products. He holds a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College, in Gambier, Ohio. |

Randy Mazin
Director of Engineering
Randy is responsible for the architecture and development of the LeadershipTools software platform and tools. He has almost a decade of experience in web development, graphic design and Information Technology. Prior to LeadershipTools, Randy was Assistant Director for New England Court Reporting Institute where he helped establish new technologies and methods in the way court reporting stenography and litigation support is taught and learned and helped the company grow to three prospering New England locations. Previously, he was an associate developer for Nebusys, Inc, Finance Assistant at Payette Associates, and ledgers executive at Hilton Hotels.
Randy received his degree in visual communications from Katherine Gibbs as well as certificates in business accounting and computer technology. |
