Vision
Our vision for LeadershipTools is for a leadership development company that is highly effective at building professional management and leadership skills and that is priced so that all of a companies’ current and future leaders can afford the development they need.
Through our many years of experience and research we know that leadership training events can be helpful but true behavioral change occurs when leaders learn, apply, and reinforce leadership skills in their day to day workplace; a process we call Action Development.
The need for Action Development led us to design our leadership development programs so that skills are built a little at a time through an ongoing development process.
