Leadership development needs to benefit the employee in the context of the company. Leaders need to become more effective at self leadership, leadership of others, and organizational leadership. And leaders need to be clear how their own development impacts the success of their company.
Our leadership development program links the development of the leader to the company. We leverage a number of our tools and methodologies to do this. During the program we survey all participants to ask them how their development is impacting achievement of company goals and we include their responses on the team’s real-time on-line scorecard.
